It was developed from our involvement with a large, commercial air conditioning maintenance company established in 1990. To improve efficiencies an operating system was developed specifically to meet their needs which over time was reprogrammed as standalone software to meet market and client demands. The efficiencies it provided them were huge. Other similar maintenance companies tried the software and it also proved successful for them. This success spurred us on to provide the software for all small to large maintenance companies.
